<li data-xf-list-type="ul"> This blood is replaced by&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; your body within 24 to 48 hours!</li>

<li data-xf-list-type="ul"> No special diet, rest or&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; medicine is required after blood donation.</li>
