If you're using Dell or HP, they should have tech support and their own software inbuilt to test the RAM functionality. So just call them for help.3) In rare cases, both the above don't solve the Blue Screen problem, then the problem could like with the power supply.If that's the case, then you'll need to backup important data into a thumbdrive and send your PC for repair.
