I don't even care whether you are Buddhist or not. I am commenting purely based on your title.  Saying you feel ashamed to say you are a Buddhist or you feel ashamed to become a Buddhist purely based on some action done by someone who call themselves Buddhists or someone who represent Buddhist community does prove that its your own inability to understand the Buddhism in what it really is. If you or anyone else do have the proper understanding of Buddhism, you won't see such actions which conflicts with Buddhism nor you'll have to make such posts. The problem is majority of people who say they are Buddhists don't have a clue of what does it means to be a Buddhist. The message is still out there and the majority of people don't have the intellect to decode the message. Thats the main source of all the madness we see out there in the name of Buddhism. </blockquote>
