The music composer tweeted: “My family supports my decision and there is no misunderstanding between me and my dad”.Few days back, there were rumours circulating in the film industry that Yuvan, who was married twice, was now going to marry a Muslim woman. However, he has denied the rumours. He also tweeted, “I’m not married for the third time. The news is false, and yes, I follow Islam and I’m proud of it”.The 34-year-old music composer has composed music for 100 films till date. Tamil movie, Biriyani was his 100th film. Some of his best albums include “7G Rainbow Colony”, “Thulluvadho Ilamai”, “Pattiyal” and “Manmadhan”. His forthcoming albums include “Vettai Mannan”, “Anjaan” and “Taramani”.A source close to Yuvan says he first informed his father about his decision to change his religion. At first on hearing the news, Ilayaraja was shocked but later he prepared himself to accept his son’s decision.The sudden demise of Ms. Jeeva, Yuvan’s mother and the wife of Maestro Ilayaraja has raised the agony of the young composer to a huge extent. Yuvan remained in grief stricken state for a long time and it is said that Yuvan re-gained his state only after reading an Islamic book suggested by a film maker who follows Islam. After reading the book Yuvan is said to have made up his mind to follow the Islamic religion and recently got the conversion done by a Islamic priest in Puducherry.In 2005, Yuvan got married to his long time friend Sujaya. But, they got divorced in 2007. Again, he married Shilpa in 2011. But, the second marriage also went through a rough patch. Sources say his second wife has gone to London and is living with her parents.</blockquote>
