THANK YOU !!!!! THANK YOU !!!! 3. With respect to tax holidays commencing on or after 01 April 2008, the period of exemptionto be confined to a maximum period of 3 years. This limitation however will not apply to“Flagship Companies” (minimum investment of USD 50Mn) of National importance,concessions offered for regional development and construction of houses/facilities for lowerincome groups.TOTAL FUCK UP !4. The value of any benefit accruing to an employee of any employer from the issue of shares inaccordance with a “scheme” applicable to all employees will be exempt if the CommissionerGeneral of Inland Revenue is satisfied that such scheme is reasonable.LOVELY !!5.
