I think their inexperience also led to unnecessary allegation of Tax evasion by specially form  used vehicles importing fraudulent business operators which was propped by ignorant Economist chair of COPE who cannot see the difference between software and hardware combination that determine tax liability. I saw the poor show by JKH officials who were confronted by second hand dealers at this meeting. They were not even ready to meet the formidable opposition by second hand car dealers on the allegation of tax evasion which was a made up (but in Sri Lanka there are fake experts who can create a public opinion against the truth (similar to some political parties ). Already this had happened and it will be uphill task for JKH to clear their reputation. Even our courts may be taken for a ride by this wrong public perception. End of the road for BYD?All indications are JKH will ruin even EV market due to their unprofessional and ignorant attitude.We may have to BUILD OUR DREAM before we buy a BYD. This is not the first complaint of JKH motor vehicle division regarding customer neglect and they may have to think hard if they want to continue in this field which BYD has a clear advantage and all others are jealous of that.This  is as this certainly damage their reputation of Blue Chip Company which got even listed in abroad! It is sad their top management cannot see the wring on the wall .</blockquote>
