I don't think you can use Unicode in command prompt
but you can use limited characters inside CMD

Unicode denne nathuwa athi machng uni convertor ekak use krl tect eka aragena sinhala font ekak adagatta nam tamai hriyanne habai eka krnn plwn weid sure naha

ඕකෙ අවුල තියෙන්නෙ console එකේ. ඒක sinhala support කරන්නෙ නෑ. use legacy console අයින් කලාම අලුත් ෆොන්ට් සෙට් එකක් එයි. ඒවා ට්‍රයි කරල බලන්න. නැත්නම් control panel ගිහින් sinhala language එක install කරල code page එක unicode සෙට් කරලා බලන්න
