Did my best in this short time..Unfortunately I dont have Access 12 libraries.. Those were updated with Office 14 (2010) libraries... so tested with SQL compact server.. but i have added necessary methods for access database in my db factory.. I didn't do the patient management.. If i do it completely then there's no learning point.. just study my code and do the remaining..I'm a .NET trainer in an institute..
