At Calcey, we are doers. Thoery doesn't count for anything unless you know how to apply it right?Apart from that, we look for a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. We also like people who are unique and have interesting lives outside work, because they are the best people to be around and have a Kottu and Ice Milo with.Finally, be honest about what your skills and capabilities are. You're a fresh graduate, so if you tell us what you're actually good at, then we can create a path for you to learn and fill in your skill gaps. If not, your interview will end once the panel realises you actually don't know what you're talking about.
