Dear Friends,

I'm writing this Blog is to protect and inform people about this Company. I've joined this company in the beginning of 2012. MD 'Sesiri Pathirane' claims to be one of co founders is the one who runs the company.

First of all this company has no scope or no income to pay salaries to employees. Job satisfaction becomes zero as when you not able to receive your salary in monthly basis, you'll get your salary once in a while 'in a blue moon' or never.

Even though there are two HR mangers, overall employee satisfaction becomes nil. The Manager:Employee Ratio is 2:1 and it is overstaffed with managers.

Currently there are no technical expertise or a environment as such for a technical professional to go and work, recently CTO and the head of development has resigned from their duties due to the lack of transperancy of the company and disorganisation. I can say Sesiri pathirane he is genuine 'Bullshiter' claims to be a technical expert but no ones really sure what he's good at other than 'bluffing'.

The benefits you'll get by choosing this company:

1. You won't get EPF ETF at all.
2. Low salary not even up to the industry level.
3.Uncomfortable working environment.
4.Exact pay date will be an another fake promise and any way it won't be visible in the contract.
5.After when you complete the project they will probably asked or demotivate you to leave with out a salary increase or last month salary.
6. For developers there won't be any experts who will be able to guide in certain situations other than the 'Wana be developers'.
7. Don't expect your last month salary whether you have given your resignation or not it will be deposited when you're in heaven (They will not pay your hard earned money).
8. If you looking for a reputed place to work then this is not the place.
