Charges confusion in booking.com

    True...once I did a bad review on a luxury apartment in Copacabana beach, Brazil. The apartment was managed by another company and when we made a big fuss, the next day, they moved us to a similar flat next block which was really good.
    When I wrote the bad feedback, booking.com wrote to me back informing that my complaint will be investigated in two days and on the third day they took the listing OFF their system.

    Whether booked on booking.com or not, please write on TripAdvisor. I always check with TripAdvisor reviews.
    Agree. Hotels may (I'm not sure) cancel the whole Booking acc and start anew if the things go beyond recoverable limits (They can buy reviews or write them themselves). But Tripadvisor stuff is forever.
