These are mostly organised shopping tours combined sight seeing + hotels.They will waste your time taking you around where the prices are triple the market prices.The above deal is with no shopping. My wife specifically told them not to mix up with marketers. Also you can get cheap deals from Malaysia with flights from Malaysia both inward and outward.Our quote does not include the in & out flights to China. Only the flights from Tibet to China.One can bargain and get the prices reduced later..PS: I did the same on a two and a half week Vietnam tour. There were 17 people finally.  8 couples joined in after the trip details leaked out + our son.A girl named Anna was calling me every other day to travel with their company and eventually we got a very good deal. Unbelievable with all meals and good hotels plus transport.Then they required a 15% deposit. One in the group asked me whether it's wise to transfer the funds. Anyway I found that they are a good company and paid.After the entire trip was over, only the last day a young guy came with a backpack on our departure bus, introduced issued a receipt and collected the balance. The same friend who asked me whether these guys can be trusted now tells me that though he was worried initially, these guys took us on the full tour without asking for an additional cent. They trusted us.
