Message: <blockquote data-quote="virajintel" data-source="post: 15253960" data-attributes="member: 99011">well, the first thing, u better find a sample box or cover of the  same product what u want to manufacture.. or if u ve a unique idea on ur mind u draw a sketch rough on a piece of paper right!    ( i ve no any particular idea of ur product..im sorry for that and if u could send me a pic of them thats fine! ) then u ve to cut a mould of ur product..there re  couple of moulding manufactures in SL. u go for them with ur own sketches or the sample of the product u bought from the market. i think the cost around 75000/=to cut box mould here in SL .u ll be received the mould within 2 weeks i suppose..normally it takes 1-3 weeks to cut a mould in SL. as soon as u receive the mould u ve to find a injection moulding machine to mount ur mould and to start the production.. there re so many injection moulding plants around the country so dont afraid for that.. go for them and show ur mould  and also get some quotations price per 1 piece. manufacturing cost and the amount of plastic for a single piece depend on ur product machan. normally the electronics boxes re made by ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer) u can buy recycled materials or virgin raw materials from the market.. virgin materials pretty expensive but if u consider about the quality of ur product go for virgin or mix with 60% with recycled materials i suppose now u ve a rough idea about the production process of a plastic item.. but remember one thing machan this is a massive industry and it has been increasing day by day.. and its very pleasure to hear that u gonna invest for plastic production.. u ll ve to learned tons of thing regarding to this field machan. pm me for any kind of further assist! dont give up! go ahead!best regard from me!</blockquote>
