So my comparison of Russia etc,  were on  the allegation of something , when that country have some grudge. Not that Russians , UK and other do dumping waste to sea. When one has wested interest the thing they say are not always correct. So I would not jump in to accept . eg Allegation of WMD in Iraq by US.I also know that in our southern sea close to maritime route lot of ships dump their heavy diesel remnants in the tanks and this was found more than 20 years ago! I think this is still happening. This has very bad effect on marine life . Why no country talk about that ? including SLChina does not care much about environment specially in others territory(this is my observation)</blockquote>
