This is what happened to palm Jumerah. in Dubai. The cost of a house would not be affodable to any Sri Lankans over here. Those who earn abroad will less likely to settle in this port city.Probably we might use passport to enter and exit port city.  What is the point of this wastefull port city when buildings are mostly buit along sea shore in Sri lanka where as There is quite a lot of Land available in Colombo Dististrict , apart from Colombo City. Even Ratmalana Airport space can be utilised and the planes in this Airport should be shifted to somewhere else.  </blockquote>
