Coz they know about the legal framework well and they BAR association do have some power over police. I had a sticker of BAR association in a vehicle and it was never got stopped by police. Not even once. Police are afraid to talk law coz they don't know. And the lawyers do take advantage of it. But us, civilians can't do that.
