Lunch Buffet was a bit disappointing but they realized that on time and served us with a platter of battered Jumbo Prawns ..  Other Buffets were delicious and upto the cinnamon standards. I should mention that each and every staff member from Front Staff to Housekeeping was so Polite and pleasant. Smiles and greetings from everyone made our day and All other guests seems to be enjoying that too...We had a very bad stay @Trinco Blu By Cinnamon BUT Cinnamon Citadel's Hospitality was beyond our expectation and Helped us to overcome that unpleasant feeling...** WIFI speeds could have been better as It was way slow, but it was nothing compared to the outstanding hospitality by TEAM CITADEL...***</blockquote>
