Message: <blockquote data-quote="humpty dumpty" data-source="post: 15079105" data-attributes="member: 310941">මචන්ලා,මම මේ credit card එකක් use කරන්න හිතාගෙන ඉන්නේ exam fees pay කරන්න, ebay purchasing වගේ පොඩි පොඩි payments වලට ඒක නිසා රු.50,000 ක ලිමිට් එකක් තිබුනත් මට ඇති.මොන bank එකේ credit cards ද හොද මචන්, HSBC නැතුව ඕනෑ බැන්කුවක් කියපල්ලා මචන්. මට HSBC එකේ credit card එකක් ගන්න ගිහින් මාර පරිප්පුවක් කනන් උනා, උන්ම මගේ mobile එකට කතා කරලා credit card promotion එකක් ගැන කියලා පස්සේ ඒක ගන්න උන් ගාවට ගියාම උන් වෙන මගුලක් කියනවා, උන්ගේ service එකනම් අන්තිමයි, නිකන් show එක විතරයි, මුන් මට කලින් කිව්වේ go to the nearest HSBC branch we will arrange everything for you Sir කියලා, ඉතින් මම උන්ට මගේ details කලින් දීලමයි HSBC නාවල road branch එකට ගියේ.යන්න පැයකට කලිනුත් මම උන්ට call එකක් දීලා කිව්වා මම තව ටිකකින් නාවල road branch එකට යනවා කියලා.එතනට ගියාම උන් කියනවා Sir, we are not aware about this promotion කියලා. උන් අඩු ගානේ වැල්ලවත්ත branch එක contact කරලා inquire කරන්න try කරෙත් නෑ, උන් කියනවා මේක වන්චාවක් වෙන්න ඇතිලු, මම බලෙන් උන්ගේ credit card ගන්න ඕනෑයෑ, තියාගනින් කියලා ආවා. උන් promotions කරන්නේ අනිත් HSBC branches වලට හොරෙන්ද මන්දා.පස්සේ මට ආපහු ගෙදර යන ගමන් call කරලා කියනවා please come to HSBC වෙල්ලවත්ත branch කියලා, අනික උන්ගේ sales person දැනගන්න ඕනෑ client ගාවට යන්න.පස්සේ මම කිව්වා "I am totally disappointed about your service so I don't want any credit card from HSBC & I will never recommend this bank to anyone" කියලා තිබ්බා. <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/angry.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":angry:" title="Angry    :angry:" data-shortname=":angry:" />මම මේ story එක කෙටියෙන් දැම්මේ බන්, එදානම් මට මාර පරිප්පුවක් කන්න උනේ.ඉතින් ඕකයි මම කිව්වේ HSBC ඇර ඕනෑ credit card එකක් කියලා.
