They too work hard AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. 3AS IS NOT A GOOD RESULT MAN IT'S THE TOP RESULTS, SO NO WONDER 90% CANNOT REACH THAT TARGET!The reason why you think "now no one seems to  listen to others view but simply try to argue & also trying to get all political." is because your views are impractical to the vast majority of the people!I understand you do not want to get into an argument, because simply there is nothing to argue because systematically and purposefully leaving 90% of children without university education is a sin!</blockquote>
