Normaly they will give you a service letter once you resign. But the quality/tone depends on the relationship you have with the company. I dont your new company will rely on the service letter. If for any reason if you are unabale to get the service letter just explain the situation to new company. If you have prooved yourself in the interviews they will trust you.</blockquote>
