G.L.Peiris, Milinda Moragoda and Rajithe Senaratne the lobby for devolution in the government has been strengthened says non-cabinet Minister of Justice Dilan Perera. After assuming duties in his ministry Mr. Perera visited Badulla prison where he addressed a gathering. He said the national question should be solved with devolution of power instead of pushing the country towards a war that would not endure and added the devolution programme has been strengthened with the Parliamentarians from the UNP joining the government. He said instead of restricting to concepts of unitary or federalism the time has arrived to bring in a solution of devolution, a module that suits Sri Lanka.    Speaking about the sacking of Messrs. Anura Bandaranayke, Mangala Samaraweera and Sripathy Suriyarachchi Mr. Perera said they worked like mechanized dolls.  He said Mr. Anura Bandaranayke took decisions with others wines and wandered about aimlessly. “It was Sripathy Suriarachchi who supplied the mechanism. Mangala was the battery.  Now the doll, the mechanism and the battery have been exposed” said Mr. Dilan Perera.</blockquote>
