I didn't identify the signature on it. We have hundreds of staff and and I checked with everyone - it was a fake signature.Two weeks later the courier guys called me , apologised and said I am correct. When they checked the delivery truck GPS records, they could confirm that the truck never visited my office on the day that the receipt was signed. They duly arranged with Apple to send another unit to me.So they can trace much more than standard e-tracking.</blockquote>
