Dhoni has been suspended for the  second time this tour for a slow over rate and will miss India's vital  clash with Sri Lanka tomorrow.        The India captain was handed a one-match ban by the ICC after his team was deemed two overs behind the required rate.        The sanction capped off a terrible night for the tourists and followed a  farcical situation where the tourists were on the wrong end of a  decision from the third umpire.        Michael Hussey was halfway back to the pavilion after being given out  stumped by third umpire Bruce Oxenford when he was told by umpires Billy  Bowden, officiating at square leg, then Steve Davis to return to the  crease.        This sparked a heated discussion between Bowden and the normally placid Dhoni, who was clearly aggrieved at the overrule.        A malfunction was later blamed for Hussey being given out.        ''I just told the umpire, it's difficult to be an umpire if you're on  the field but if you're sitting in an air-conditioned room and have the  luxury of having the replays in front of you then take whatever time you  want,'' Dhoni said of his conversation with Bowden.        The drama started when Bowden called for the third umpire to adjudicate  on an appeal for a line-ball stumping against Hussey, then on one, in  the 29th over.        The side-on replay proved inconclusive as to whether Hussey had his  back foot grounded behind the crease.
