I am thoroughly disappointed with your way of handling customers. Not only is the quality of your devices but also the customer feedback service is very disappointing. Up to this date the service was not performed correctly and as a result I've not been given a fixed date where I can get my mobile repaired though I inquired several times a day.</p><p></p><p>To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your direct involvement where we can at least get in to some sort of a satisfaction as customers. </p><p>I look forward to your reply and a solution to my problem and will wait until 9th of July 2014 before seeking help from a consumer affairs authority.
