Because he wanna Download  lot. he wanna use peer to peer. I. But if im talking about our slt adsl can download from torrent and at the same time i can use my skype also.  If u want to argue about technology wise lets start. But only i used simple terms to understand about this issue to everyone.The different is SLT have BIG backbone inter nation internet connectivity and dialog DONT have.
