Broadband speed is heavily depend on the DeviceCoverage and the Users per tower thereforeno need of scolding the ISP.If you don't have required speed at your home moveto some other one.Then you can realized that the quality of the service of theall ISPs are same. Anyone is not perfect.According to my knowledge some of the things which the customercare guy has told is completely wrong. But that depends on person to person.Anyway if he provided wrong information that is wrong and the company should be responsible for such thing.</blockquote>
