I’m going to post this, because I’m seriously shocked, and even more than that! We all are happy that the war is ‘over’! Now its up to the government and us, to help the victims of this War, and to make the country back to a position where everyone is satisfied. And can forget the pains they feel and felt. My dad has a foundation. Nederland Sri lanka Peace Foundation. We help poor people in Sri lanka by little things, giving wheelchairs, spectacles, making water pumps etc. for more than 15 years. I don’t think I have to tell you about the numbers of victims of this war, the soldiers with no legs, arms, eyes nd go on, not only soldiers also people in the war zone!! [B]My dad wanted to give this kind of wheelchairs, which is called Rolators in Dutch to the Ranaviru Sevana Ragama. This thing is really useful for people who can’t walk properly! It gives support, and then you just don’t have to sit around all day!!! We asked if the Ranaviru Sevana want these rollators! And they said yes please, it’s very useful and we really want this for these people! So my dad collected 12 ‘rollators’ in Holland, all from Dutch people, who donated it free to Sri lanka, to give it to those soldiers who can’t walk properly. Dad made two pallets and shipped it to Sri lanka!!! Only the costs for shipping to Colombo was in Rs. 63.200, - !! Now the pallets are arrived in Colombo. Now my uncle in SL, went to the Ranaviru sevana, to tell that its almost arriving in SL and now they said that they don’t want these SECOND HAND things. They want new ones! Seriously! See the picture, and judge yourself. A MAN THAT HASN’T EAT FOR 1 WEEK, WON’T EVER SAY ‘NO’ TO A ONE-DAY OLD ROTTI!! I’m really ashamed!
