And all the above sources have illegally copied the database from THIBUS including EnSiTip. Any one can rob someone else's property and republish under GNU/GPL. If this database is issued under GNU/GPL it is mandatory that it is publicly available for anyone to download. But this dictionary database is NOT publicly available and in fact property of THIBUS. You seem to be the author of Chatura Dictionary, if so where did you get this dictionary database? And if you make it under GPL, have you made it available to the general public?
