He pbuh himself NEVER declared anyone Kaafir, though HE PBUH knew numerous Hypocrates, neither the Sahabas RA EVER declared anyone in this context.Yes, if there is some obvious deviation from the Ehkamaat (read again I said EHKAAMAAT not the personal opinion or sayings of a scholar)like if one announces the false prophet hood, yes the Ulemas can declare that ACT as illogical, as it is a very obvious KUFR, but on petty issues like if one says that ALQAEDA is right.. u declare him KAAFIR.. one says Karbala was a political war... u declare him KAAFIR....its certainly unjustifiable.It is a interest of some one or some group.now in the last its my personal opinion, even the senior most ULEMA E DEEN have got no authority to DECLARE someone as KAAFIR!!!REMEMBER STILL PEOPLE LOVING  & LISTEN ZAKIR NAIK IN SPITE OF FATWA BY SOME GROUP.AND FRANKLY IF U ASK ME I DON'T EVEN KNOW NAME OF THE PERSON WHO GAVE FATWA AGAINST DR.ZAKIR, COZ,THAT GROUP OR PERSON IS NOT WELL KNOWN BY MAJORITY OF MUSLIMS.</blockquote>
