One bed apartment asking for 42000-50000 per year. Is that a good price for the area. Also I resigned from my UK job and planning to move with her. My plan is to find a job while living there. I have passive income of 7000-10000dhr a month from family business. So I don't have a serious need to find a job immidiately. if it takes time I can survive. What is the easiest option to get a resident visa? Once I got a proper job I'll switch to work visa.
