Ebay registration help

Machan I'm trying to get registered to Ebay for an half and hour now but i still couldn't get registered. After i feel the registration form and click continue it doesn't go to any other page but rather the page gets reloads again. machan if anyone can temme how to avoid this hassle it'd be a great help thanks in advance!
