Fonseka does not amount to a criminal act, but a civil offence if at it was considered to be offence. HOW COME ANY BODY COULD BE JUST ARRESTED , WHERE IS THE FUNDAMENTAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS IN SRI LANKA. These are the matter that amounts to the DENIAL OF GSP+ by EU.
