Fonseka does not amount to a criminal act, but a civil offence if at it was considered to be offence. HOW COME ANY BODY COULD BE JUST ARRESTED , WHERE IS THE FUNDAMENTAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS IN SRI LANKA. These are the matter that amounts to the DENIAL OF GSP+ by EU. It would be understandable if the editor of Lanka interviewed and wrote about a terrorist, but it now looks like even interviewing the former Army Commander is an offence. Reminds one of George Bush's theory: Either you are with us or you are with them.
