She is at the moment doing a nursing phD as well.But, Re : nurses in our country (they are also our own brothers and sisters), have no opportunity for further education.Situation is similar for other fields as well.Either they do not have the opportunity for post grads, or they are not benefited by achieving a Masters/ Doctorate.I was talking about post grads.But, before that we have to get the situation corrected for undergraduates.</blockquote>
