But if the child cannot be fed properly will there be a chance of paying for school?Please note that a poor country as we are, we still need free education. Thanks to the free education given so far, millions of people have changed their social classes to higher levels, and found work all around the world.  If you expect every one who gets free education to get a degree, then you are mistaken my friend because, forgetting all other arguments, human brain and physique differ from each other, and hence the difference in ability.</blockquote>
