I do not think a competitions merely reduce cost so that poor people can afford. One option is giving loans to students with low interest. They can pay when they graduate. Another option, in addition to private universities, government can build colleges/universities affordable to poor people with little profit margin and run as a business. I think we all agree to one thing.  Availability of affordable education for most of people</blockquote>
