Message: <blockquote data-quote="Randheer" data-source="post: 20963801" data-attributes="member: 120759">මොකද්ද draft එකක් කියන්නේ ?draft එකක් කියන්නේ තමන් විසින් හසුරුවන මනකල්පිත කණ්ඩායමක්. ඒ කියන්නේ රටවල් වල ක්‍රිකට් ක්‍රීඩකයෝ එකතුකරගෙන තමන්ට ඕනේ විදිහට හදන ටීම් එකක්. ඒ කියන්නේ නිකන් ඩිවිලියර්ස්  සහ සංගක්කාර එකට සෙල්ලම් කරන ටීම් එකක් වගේ. මේක හුඟක් ෆෝරම් වල දකින්න පුළුවන්. ෆුට්බෝල් රග්බි වලත් මේ දේ තියෙනව. පස්සේ ටිම් තෝරලා අපිම චන්දෙ දෙනවා, ඒ කියන්නේ මේකට සහභාගී වෙන මැනේජර්ලා.ඇයි එළකිරි ?එළකිරි කියන්නේ ලංකාවේ වැඩිපුරම ෆොරමර්ස්ල ඉන්න තැන, අනික කවදාවත් එළකිරි එකේ මේ වගේ දෙයක් කරල නෑ. එකයි ක්‍රිකට් draft එකක් කරන්න හිතුවෙ.මොකද්ද දැන් මේ ODI draft එක. ? ඉතාමත් සරලයි, අපේ මැනේජර්ලා, ඒ කියන්නේ තරඟ කරන්න කැමති අය තහවුරූ උනාම  එයාලට යම්කිස් පිළිවෙලක් දෙනව. ඒ පිළිවෙලට ක්‍රීඩකයෝ තෝරන්නයි තියෙන්නෙ.මේ වගේ වට 11ක්  තියෙනව, එක ටීම් එකකට එතකොට ක්‍රීඩකයෝ එකොළහයි.එක ක්‍රීඩකයෙක් ගත්තට පස්සේ එයාව ආය ගන්න බෑ.උදාහරණයක් විදිහට GTRZ ගන්නවා සංගක්කාරව, එතකොට අනිත් අයට ආය සංගව ගන්න බෑ එයාව ලොක් වෙනව. ඔයාල ටීම් එකට කැප්ටන් කෙනෙකුයි විකට් කීපර් කෙනෙකුයි තෝරන්නත් ඕනේ, එතකොට වඩාත් සමබර කණ්ඩායමක් එනවා.මොකද්ද එතකොට draft ඕඩර් එක කියන්නේ ? ඒ කියන්නේ පිළිවෙල, අපි හිතමු තුන්දෙනෙක් සෙට් උනා කියල.Round 1 - GTRZ,              LazyLizard,               Randyමම මේ විදිහට random Order එකක් දෙනවා. ඊට පස්සේ දෙවැනි වටේදී මේක reverse කරනවා.Round 2 -               Randy,               Lazylizard,               GTRZඊට පස්සේ round 3-11 වෙනකන් මේක දිගටම කරනව.තරඟයේ ස්වභාවය.1.මේක දශක වලට සීමා උන එක්දින draft එකක්.2.ඔබ විසින් 1970 සිට 2000 දශක දක්වා අඩුම තරමින් ක්‍රීඩකයන් 2නෙක් බැගින්වත් තෝරාගත යුතුයි.ඒ කියන්නෙ1970-21980-21990-2 2000-2එතකොට එත ක්‍රීඩකයන් 8යි.3.අනිත් නීතිය එක දශකයකට ඉන්න පුලුවන් උපරිම ක්‍රීඩකයන් ප්‍රමාණය තුනයි. ඒ කියන්නෙ ඉතුරු ක්‍රීඩකයන් තුන් දෙනා තොරගන්න ඔනෙ අරෙ 1970-2000 අතර තියෙන දශක හතරෙන්  ඕනෙම තුනකින් එක ගානේ.4.‍යම්කිසි ක්‍රීඩකයෙක් දශක එකකට වැඩිය ක්‍රීඩා කරල තිබේ නම් එම ක්‍රීඩකයා ඔබට කැමති දශකයකට ඇතුලත් කරන්න පුළුවන්.උදා : සචින් ටෙන්ඩුල්කාර් - 1989-2011 වෙනකන් එක්දින තරග වලට ක්‍රීඩා කරල තියෙනව. තමන්ට කැමති දශකයකට එයාව ඇතුලත් කරන්න පුළුවන්.  5.ඔබ ක්‍රීඩකය නම් කිරීමේදී, ඒ කියන්නේ ඔබේ වාරය ආවට පස්සේ ක්‍රීඩකයාගේ නම සහ දශකය ඒ සමග පොස්ට් කරන්න.6. පැය 18ක කාලයක් ඔබට ලබා දෙනවා. යම් කිසි විදිහකට ඔබගේ පැය 18 නිමා වූ පසු ඔබට පස්සේ ඉන්න තරඟකරුවාට ක්‍රීඩකයා නම් කරන පුළුවන්. ඔබගේ චාන්ස් එක මිස් උන පසු ඔබට ඇවිත් ඔබගේ පික් එක කරන්න පුළුවන්. හැබැයි මතක තියා ගන්න  ඔබගේ වාරය මිස් උනොත් තමන්ටයි පාඩු.7. තමන්ට ඕනේ නං මට pm කරන්න තමන්ගේ ක්‍රීඩකයා කියල එතකොට මම post කරන්නං. ඒ හින්ද තමන්ට ලොග් වෙන්න අමාරු නං හැමවිටම මට ක්‍රීඩකයව pm කරන්න. වට එකොළහ අවසානයේ අපි චන්දයක් තියෙනවා. හොඳම කණ්ඩායම තෝරලා පිළිමලුන් පිටු දැකීම, ඒ කියන්නේ Knockouts ක්‍රමයට තරගේ තියන්නෙ. මේකට චන්දෙ දෙන්න පුළුවන් මැනේජර්ලට විතරයි.එහෙනං හැමෝටම ගුඩ් ලක්, සුබ පතනවාWhat is a Draft?It's a fantasy team you pick for a specific sport could be cricket or football you pick a team,and then we have a vote to choose the best team.This is really common in sports forums,and people do this for funSo why Elakiri ? Elakiri has the largest gathering of Sri Lankan forummers and almost all of us love cricket.And I don't think at Elakiri we have ever done a sports related draft.So What is an ODI draft?Very SimpleOnce we have our participants confirmed,I'll do randomised order,you have to make selections one by one.There will be 11 such roundsMake sure you have a balanced team of 11 playersOnce a player is picked you can't pick him again.Eg-Round 1Manager A Kumar SangakkaraSince Manager A has already picked Sanga he becomes unavailable,and cannot be repicked,You have to allocate a keeper and captain for your XI.How does the draft order works?I will be using a random draft generator for the first roundAnd for the second round I reverse itThen for the subsequent rounds from 3-11, the Round 2 order will continueRules of the competition1.This will be a decade restricted ODI draft2.You have to pick a minimum of 2 players from every decade starting from 1970sEg-  1970s-2        1980s-2        1990s-2        2000s-2 3.And the maximum you can have from a decade is 3 players.You can't exceed 3 from a specific decade.4.If a player has played across multiple decadesFor example Sachin Tendulkar has played in 1980s to 2000s.
