Ganegala notes that the 25% reduction in&nbsp; electricity tariffs came into effect on Wednesday adding that this&nbsp; relief will be provided to consumers in the coming weeks.&nbsp;He said:The treasury issued a gazette&nbsp; notification on the reduction in prices. We will receive a circular&nbsp; based on this through the Public Utilities Commission. Based on this, we&nbsp; will create a new chart for meter readers and how they should charge&nbsp; consumers.
