It's for a BelAir AP (which is most likely the same as Ericsson because Ericsson bought out BelAir more than a decade ago)After a factory reset the AP defaults to the IP address 10.1.1.10 and it’s ONLY accessible via ethernet wired connection.The username and password are root / admin123So you need to reconfigure your PC to a static IP of 10.1.1.11 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and leave all other fields blank. Connect your PC with an ethernet cable to any of the 4 LAN ports on back of the router. (not the WAN port)Note: If you still can't access after doing all these steps, you probably didn’t do a successful reset on the device. Do another reset.PS: Try it out.
