However, on the Functional consulting side, salaries and other compensations are high than in the software field. There are many overseas opportunities and the billing rate is more than 70$ per hour for seasoned Functional consultants. In terms of the work load also not peak like SE, no continues night shifts.If can get a 6 months project agreement, for the next 6 months you don't want to work.</blockquote>
