But there are companies with right people in place to cherry pick the people only by interviewing those people without concern too much on reputed universities or number of certifications and paper qualifications.So there are different kind of companies and they might like u or may be not. But that doesnt mean u cant find work without some paper qualification from a highly reputed university... even sometimes u get paid a higher salary.</blockquote>
