Message: <blockquote data-quote="Bigspin" data-source="post: 26804612" data-attributes="member: 32862">I live in UK and when I apply around 9 years ago they didn't ask much other than my bank statement/hotel booking/Letter from employer/and valid UK visa.They usually ask more documents from poeple live outside Europe.I got my UK PR 4years ago  and they only ask me my hotel booking info and 1 month bank statement when I renew my Schengen visa.  They even gave me 5 year multiple entry visa.You can get all information from below website.
