Ø  New Package codes for supplementary mobile broadband packages would be shared in future. Ø  Customers would be charged Rs. 100/- + taxes for package downgrades. Ø  There would be no changes for the existing mobile broadband package holders. Ø  All the rental mentioned above are excluding applicable taxes. Ø  Valid contact number is mandatory for all new connections. Ø  All other standard conditions relating to mobile broadband data packages would remain the same. Unchanged. Ø  Following New Time Band Classification would apply. Time Band 1 (Day)   :               8:00am. to 12:00 MidnightTime Band 2 (Night):               12:00 Midnight to 8:00am. *      Package Activation/ Change : Ø  New Package activation/ Package changes are allowed through SMS as per existing commands.Type IBB send to 678.Ø  New Package activations are activated immediately and all the Package changes (upgrade or downgrade) would be activated from the next billing cycle.Ø  Customers would be charged Rs. 100/- + taxes for package downgrades and it would be added to the monthly bill. Ø  New Package activations are allowed through #678# USSD. *      Usage Balance Check :Via SMS : Type MBB send to 678.Via USSD : #678# through Option no: 5*      SMS Notifications : 8 a.m. – 12 midnight Quota: §  While reaching 100MB: o    DialogBB: Your Mobile Broadband package has 100MB of data remaining from the allocated FREE data during 8 a.m. to 12 midnight. §  After exceeding the free quota: o    DialogBB: You have now exceeded your allocated FREE data. You will be charged XX cents + taxes per MB for additional data usage.12 Midnight – 8 a.m. Quota: §  While reaching 100MB: o    DialogBB: Your Mobile Broadband package has 100MB of data remaining from the allocated FREE data during 12 midnight to 8 a.m.§  After exceeding the free quota : o    DialogBB: You have now exceeded your allocated FREE data.
