According to the available information the bomb has been exploded around 9.30 a.m. right opposite the Nippon Hotel. Four people including one soldier and three civilians have been killed and 24 others injured in the explosion. According to the hospital sources, two women are among the dead. Also, there are 14 civilians and 10 soldiers among the injured. Four of the injured are in critical conditions, the sources added. The bomb has been apparently placed inside the external unit of the Air conditioning machine of the Nippon Hotel.</blockquote>
