Fowzie said that two people had been killed and over 100,000 left homeless due to the heavy downpour in the past few days.</strong> <strong></strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>The Minister also criticised the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) for failing to clear the drains and culverts in Colombo city so that rain waters could recede.
