You need an Emulator to test your appthe main reason you need to install Android studio is that it will install above both without any problems. but you can install them both separately. and the problem is it's gonna be too hard. so the best choice is to install AS and it is recommended by the flutter but if your concern is hardware limitations, then use VS code as a code editor and you can run your AVD's separately. running the VD anyway will use most of your hardware and solutions for that is to use a real device and it will not run JDK frameworks inside your memory</blockquote>
