He has not been involved with Liverpool's first team so far this season with manager Jurgen Klopp making it clear that the forward is not part of his plans.  Regardless of whether he moves permanently or on loan to Nice it now seems certain that his time with Liverpool will come to an end, with no new contract on the horizon.</blockquote>
