While doing this remind those people who build these things that no body is looking down upon them for what they do. If a "highly educated" doctor comes and mocks them for being laborers, remind them that it is those laborers who have in fact helped take the country forward and giving a better future for their own children. While the "highly educated" doctor may help a few thousand people in his lifetime, but in the end those laborers would do more to benefit the country than the doctor.
