IF you are talking about the 'Real' F-150 Raptor, it`s on a completely different league to the Hilux (i.e. better in every aspect)... Stronger, bigger, more powerful etc... Hilux is a small basic pickup truck compared to a full sized F-150..

If you are talking about the glorified Ford Ranger, which is called the 'Raptor' edition, it is definielty more powerful and got better suspension over a Hilux. But the Hilux is probably a safer bet in the long term, considering resale and reliability.
