A CID official said that the suspect had sent the nude pictures he received via e-mail after inserting a caption claiming it was from Hikkaduwa.Three employees of the Narcotics Information Centre arrested earlier for the alleged distribution of porno pictures at the Hikkaduwa Beach Festival have already been remanded till the 22nd of September.
