But i didn't know the process of registering a car. Accidentally i met two guys and they told me they will do all the required things and only required additional 1000. So i thought it is fair and give all the documents. So one guy went with all documents and other one stay with me. After around 20 minutes he came with photos attached to my documents. And he provided me a hand written document with 8000 and told me this is amount need to pay to bank and need extra 1000 for his service. So i gave 9000. So he went with the money and after few minutes he came again and told me to come to 2nd counter and he ll be there. So i went. But i couldn't find him. Then again i went to see that second person. I couldn't find him too. So i lost my 9000. So guys pls don't ever give cents to out side people of rmv. U can do vehical registration by ur self by going to rmv. Hope at least one person will get this advice.</p></blockquote><p></p>
